Don’t Drop the Mic Daddy

Aiden: You ready Daddy? We get to introduce Mommy for her Supernatural Pregnancy Summit so don’t drop the mic this time.

His confidence with a microphone is a sight to see. The moment he got in the pulpit he said “Hallelujah”.

A complete turn around from the day before. He woke up with 102 temp and vomited Friday morning. I was getting ready to cancel all my appointments, but God said “do not cancel anything”, so I left him at home screaming for me as Daddy peeled him out of my arms. I wept like a baby to my nail appointment which turned into a DIVINE APPOINTMENT (more on that later).

I’m so grateful for my Husband and Mother. All hands were on deck to nurse him back to good health. No fever all day Saturday, but he was tired, and even though he wasn’t feeling his best he still walked straight up to the pulpit and pushed out a praise.

He left to go home shortly afterwards, and fell asleep in the car with his arms folded “very angry” because he couldn’t take the “black microphone” home.

I dream of the day he leads praise and worship and introduces me to everyone. I couldn’t have imagined God had all this planned while I was going through my infertility journey. I’m just grateful He did.

Our Aiden (Little Fire) Nkwachi (God’s Promise) born to be on fire for the Lord! I told the Lord I’ll share my story with everyone who will listen, all for His glory.
